Items Permitted For Return / Refund
Customers may return unopened and unaltered regularly priced items (products which were on sale at the time of purchase do not qualify for a refund and/or return) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of what was paid (not including taxes) on that specific item.
Customers may return opened and unaltered regularly priced items (products which were on sale at the time of purchase do not qualify for a refund and/or return) within 10 days of delivery for a partial refund of what was paid (not including taxes) on that specific time. Please note that Ethnic Flex strictly reserves the right to determine the amount you will receive in partial refund; no specific amount or percentage is guaranteed.
Items Not Permitted For Return / Refund
Because of the biological risks associated with sharing certain products, Ethnic Flex will not accept these items to be returned if opened, even if unaltered:
- Intimate apparel (underwear, corsets, swimsuits, etc)
- Health & Beauty (make up or make up tools, oils, etc)
- Hair products (wigs and extensions, hair care tools, etc)
Products which have been altered (including but not limited to washed in any solution, ripped/torn, missing parts, stained, burned, cut, tailored to a different size, shape, and/or appearance, etc.) will not be accepted. If the customer withholds this information and returns the item, upon discovery of the alteration, a flag will be placed on the customer's account and all potential refunds or exchanges will irrevocably be cancelled.
To return an item, please Contact Us with the order number and details about the product needing to be returned.
Please note that when a return request is initiated, Ethnic Flex will send an email requiring a proof of purchase, a proof of identity, and photographic evidence coinciding with the claim. All documentations and instructions for how to return item(s) will be covered in detail in the email we will send after a return request has been submitted. Intentionally altering or withholding information may lead to a flag on the customer's account, cancellation of all refunds, and/or possible restriction of access to ethnicflex.net until the matter is resolved.
The customer is required to pay return packaging and shipping fees (and all other fees acquired pre-shipment, en-route, and upon delivery). Neither Ethnic Flex, its staff, nor its affiliate partners will assist the customer in paying any part of the return shipping costs.
In order for a full refund to be processed, the item must first be returned to Ethnic Flex per the guidelines in our returns policy. If the item is ineligible for return, the customer will only be eligible for a partial refund. If item is eligible for return, the customer will be eligible for both a full and partial refund.
Please note that a full return is being defined as the listed product value when originally purchased by the customer. This value does not include shipping and handling charges or taxes which were added into the product's value at checkout. Meaning if product value was listed as $12.00 on ethnicflex and customer paid $13.50 at checkout ($1.00 shipping and handling, $0.50 tax), the full refund amount is the original product value of $12.00.
Please note that a partial return is being defined as half or less than half of the listed product value when originally purchased. Ethnic Flex strictly reserves the right to determine what will be allotted to the customer from this range during a partial refund transaction. Upon review of the case and evidence provided to Ethnic Flex, an email will be sent to the customer informing them of the partial refund approved to them.
Terms of Service
By using ethnicflex.net, the individual agrees to these provisions and agrees to not hold Ethnic Flex, its staff, or its partners legally responsible for any dispute they have in a refunded transaction. All refund values are final unless an inaccuracy is found, in which instance Ethnic Flex may cancel the refund if it has not yet been paid to the customer already.
All partial refunds will be determined and set by Ethnic Flex and the client will then be notified to either accept or decline the refund value offer. The reason for the return and the condition of the item will be taken into consideration, however the final value to be refunded back to the client is solely the decision of Ethnic Flex and this value can not be disputed further or retaliated against by the client or any other person or entity regardless of if the client rejects the refund value offer. If the client rejects the refund value offer, no other refund will be offered or given and the case will be considered closed.
When all requirements are met, the customer should expect to receive their refund within four weeks, typically quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the customer's return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process the customer's return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the customer's bank to process our refund payment (5 to 10 business days).
If the customer has not received a refund within four weeks, they should first check their bank account again then contact their credit card company (it may take some time before their refund is officially posted). If the problem persists, the customer should contact their bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted).
