Exchange Initiation

Customers must initiate exchange process by first completing a return and informing Ethnic Flex via email (ethnicsquad@ethnicflex.net) that an exchange is desired. A customer can not have both an exchange and refund or an exchange and store credit on any single order. Pursuant to receipt of a returned item which complies with our return policy, Ethnic Flex will send the customer a different option of the same product (based on the customer's selection of color or size). Ethnic Flex will pay packaging and shipping fees of the new item to the customer. If the item is ineligible for return then the customer is also ineligible to receive an exchange of the said item.

Change In Product Price

Please note that if there is a difference in price from the item the customer initially purchased and the item the customer wishes to exchange their purchase with, the customer will be obligated to pay the difference before Ethnic Flex can process their new order. This rule applies to "before the fact" purchases, meaning if the customer purchased an item at sale price and after placing their order the item returns to its regular price or increases in price (no reason needed), the customer must pay the difference between the sale price they originally purchased their item at and the regular price of the item they wish to exchange it with at the time the exchange request is placed. This rule does not apply to "after the fact" purchases, meaning if the customer purchased an item at regular price and it went on sale after the order was placed, the customer will not be obligated to pay any difference and Ethnic Flex will not be obligated to pay the customer any difference.

Initiating Store Credit

Customers must initiate store credit process by first completing a return and informing Ethnic Flex via email (ethnicsquad@ethnicflex.net) that a store credit is desired. A customer can not receive a store credit and refund or a store credit and exchange. If customer elects to receive store credit, the item must first be fully and successfully returned to Ethnic Flex in accordance with our return policy before the purchase value of the item when initially ordered can be credited to customer account. If the item is ineligible for return then the customer is also ineligible for receiving store credit on that specific purchase.
 
Store credits may not exceed $100.00USD in total. If store credit is nearing maximum amount, customer must use some or all of their store credit before receiving additional store credits.
